Further Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional release.
